FRONT OF HOUSE TRAINING

Imbibe will help service staff excel in their craft. We help train and teach service industry people to grown into hospitality professionals. Imbibe helps restaurants and bars create training manuals and continued training programs with implementation. We accomplish this by working with the staff to find strengths and weaknesses of each individual then course correct, while highlighting their strengths. Imbibe works with other specialists in the industry to help grow the knowledge on products and trends in the industry.

FRONT OF HOUSE ASSESSMENTS

Imbibe Hospitality will assess the front of house staff. With years of experience of connecting with the guests and understanding common concerns we will be able to understand the deficiencies of the staff. We have years of experience as service professionals and training and will be able to assess the staff and course correct for a better guest experience. Imbibe will help give a staff valuation of every individual and create individual continued training manuals.
