Zach Jensen is the owner and founder of Imbibe Hospitality. Zach has worked in the service industry for 18 years. He has done everything related to the service industry from cooking on a grill, washing dishes, and bussing tables while he was finishing high school. Moving to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University he served at chain and franchised restaurants as well as local small restaurants and bars. Once he was old enough to bartend he took on the passion to learn as much as possible about beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails. Maybe this was his love for the movie Cocktail or Tom Cruise's character Brian Flanagan but creating cocktails, interacting with guests, and curating specific libations based on requests and taste became a great challenge. After college Zach worked for a non-profit while still honing his skills as a bartender. He then helped open multiple restaurants and bars in Columbus before opening High Bank Distillery. With his time here he grew from bartending to General Manager. For the past 3 years he has created seasonal cocktail menus and helped High Bank be awarded best cocktail program back to back to back. While running High Bank and opening its second location, he also helped other restaurants with their beverage programs. With his love for creation and the hospitality industry Zach is working with restaurants and bars to help pass on his knowledge and help clients grow.
